DELIVERY
Standard Delivery is based on weight and starts from just £3.00 to anywhere in the UK.
Our rates are as follows:
0g - 500g = £3.00
501g - 1000g = £5.00
1001g and above = £6.99
This option will usually take 2-5 working days from the date of order.
Specific Date Delivey starts from only £3.00 to anywhere in the UK. Orders must be placed by 3pm at least two days before delivery is required. This service is only available Monday to Friday.
Furniture Delivery is free within a 50 mile radius of our York store (Davygate, YO1 8QT) on purchases over £300. For further pricing and ordering please contact us.

Please Note Occasionally we get orders that we are unwilling to ship, usually due to suspicion of fraud. Although this is rare, if we are unwilling to ship an order you place we will let you know via e-mail as soon as possible, and will never charge your credit/debit card in these circumstances.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Browns Refund Policy: If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please return it in a saleable condition within 28 days with your proof of purchase for a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please see below for exchanges and refund procedures.
Exchanges:
If you have a product you would like to exchange please email enquiries@browns-york.co.uk stating your order number, name, what you would like to exchange and what you would like it to be exchanged for.
We aim to reply to all exchange requests within 24 hours. We will e-mail you instructions and the address to send your product(s) back to us.
All products must be received back un-worn and un-washed and in the same condition as they were sent out. Exchanges are subject to receiving the products in this condition. We recommend a proof of postage is obtained at the post office when returning products to us.

Gift vouchers can be purchased from our cards and gifts section
They are available in £1, £5, £10, and £20 denominations.
Gift Vouchers purchased in store can not be used online.
TAX CHARGES All prices quoted include VAT at 17.5%.
